Who we are
Blunderbuss Baking Co. makes small-batch Asian-inspired cookies out of the Pacific Northwest. Bold flavors. Questionable combinations. No apologies.
The name came from a late-night conversation that went completely off the rails, the way the best ideas usually do. Chaotic. Ridiculous. Sounds nothing like a bakery. We knew immediately.
The cookies
Matcha. Miso. Ube. Bourbon. These flavors didn't come from a focus group. They came from growing up between two worlds, Asian pantry meets North American comfort, and refusing to choose between them. The combinations sound wrong on paper. They make sense the moment you take a bite.

When we are not sharing our passion out of our home kitchen in Kirkland, you can find us at various farmers' markets on summer weekends. If you see us, say hi, pull up a stool, have a chat, try something unfamiliar. That’s the whole point.
